Cheryl Whitney has more than 30 years’ experience in the mortgage industry; the past 18 years as a Loan Officer. Previously she worked through the ranks as a loan processor, loan underwriter and 8 years as loan operations manager prior to becoming a Loan Officer 18 years ago. This experience has given her the advantage to prequalify clients accurately and have good insight to know what is needed to ensure a smooth, quick and successful transaction.

Cheryl specializes in purchase transactions from First Time Homebuyers to the Experienced Buyer. Refinancing and reverse mortgages are also a great deal of her business.

Cheryl’s clients and realtors repeatedly refer their friends, family and clients to her, validating the level of service and value she offers in the lending industry.

Cheryl was born and raised in Southern California where she still resides.
