About Faye

Faye Miran is a Senior Mortgage Consultant with CSMC Mortgage. She has been working as a Residential Mortgage specialist for the past 29 years.

Faye has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Economics. She has built a reputation in the industry as a dedicated and extremely passionate Mortgage originator. She has developed her business with the motto of “helping everyone to get the best available financing everyday”.

Faye takes pride in having helped over 1000 families to get into their dream homes over the years. She prides herself by building a long lasting relationship with her clients which goes well beyond the close of escrow. She is continuously referred by her clients to their family and friends. She takes special joy in helping the second generation of her clients to get into their first homes.

Her reputation rests on being very informed in all lending programs available, timely close of escrow, constant communication between clients and all the parties involved in transaction, while Keeping client’s long term benefit in mind at all times.

Faye has been conducting educational seminars for home buyers and Realtors on topics such as “Buying Your First Home”, and “How to Raise Your Credit Score”, since 2004.
