I have dedicated over 25 years of my career as a Mortgage Loan Officer while adding value to our community. My business encompasses a full array of borrowers and price ranges, including helping First Time Buyers achieve the American Dream of Homeownership. I spend extra time in going over all the important details of the loan and home buying process. This includes understanding the benefits of home-ownership versus renting. Many times, this information can make a difference in the borrower’s perspective of their “comfort” payment.

Purchasing a home or refinancing a property can be very exciting and a bit stressful. My experience with the mortgage process allows me to guide my clients to the result they are looking for in a smooth and professional manner. About Miguel

Miguel Viesca has been active in the Real Estate Industry since 1990 with the objective of helping families achieve the American Dream of Sustainable Homeownership. Miguel embarked on his career as a Realtor for a local company in Oxnard, California and in 1994, he received his Real Estate Broker’s license and entered the mortgage industry where he specialized in government financing, (FHA & VA) with major lending institutions. As a top mortgage loan officer, Miguel has received numerous prestigious awards demonstrating his passion and dedication in helping hundreds of families achieve sustainable homeownership.

Miguel has been a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (www.nahrep.org) since 2002. He is a NAHREP University Certified Professional (NCP) and a Code of Trust Certified Professional. Miguel was awarded NAHREP of Ventura County 2004 Affiliate of the Year and served as NAHREP Ventura County President in 2006. His achievements during his tenure as President include; Leadership Awards, Community Service, Real Estate Fraud Prevention Endeavors and Scholarships for College Students throughout Ventura County, and was awarded NAHREP 2006 Chapter of the Year from over 50 Chapters across the country. Miguel served on the prestigious NAHREP National Board of Directors from 2007-2009 and was instrumental in the development of NAHREP’s Code of Trust – EnConfianza. Also, in 2006, Miguel served on the Ventura County Real Estate Fraud Advisory Team (VC-REFAT).
