Serving clients throughout Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County, Brian Sipes is a second-generation mortgage loan professional dedicated to his profession since starting his career in 2002. Brian specializes in FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, CALHFA and USDA loans, and is an affiliate member of the Ventura County Board of REALTORS. With nearly two decades of loan experience under his belt today, Brian’s clients appreciate that he can be counted on to close transactions on time or before the close of escrow.
