About Karen

Karen has over 35 years of finance and mortgage lending experience and lives in Kuna Idaho.

She grew up in Simi Valley, CA and moved to Idaho to be near her grandchildren when her husband Mike retired after 35 years from SVPD in 2014.

She has been an active Member of the Elks for over 20 years concentrating on the Veterans and Special needs programs.

After being retired herself for 5+ years from mortgage lending, Karen joined the Richardson team in 2020. She brought her valuable lending experience and knowledge as a Sr. Loan Officer to their team. Karen has obtained her Idaho license as an extension of the Richardson Team.

The Richardson Team is a full-service Mortgage Origination Team committed to providing innovative mortgage solutions in today’s highly competitive market. Our team defines communication throughout the process as one of the most important elements in a successful loan transaction. We are well versed in all loan program types and like to think of our borrowers as clients for life!
