Serving clients throughout all of California, Tony Campuzano is headquartered out of the Ventura, Santa Barbara, and L.A. Counties area.
Recognized as one of the Top 1% Mortgage Originators in America for three years in a row, awarded with President’s Club recognition for two years in a row, and a CalHFA Preferred Loan Officer for the past two years, Tony Campuzano has proven that serving home buyers in the lending industry is his true calling.
Tony launched his career in 2003 while working as a call center manager for Home Savings when he was recruited by a mortgage company as a loan officer. Tony’s clients appreciate his transparency and constant communication, as well as his professionalism and approachability. Tony is known to make use of all available resources and to work diligently towards securing the best possible loan for his clients.
Tony has received more than 50 5-star reviews on Zillow, and many rave reviews on in-house surveys.
Tony’s advantage is his deep-set belief that homeownership gives people power in the same way literacy and knowledge do. After growing his profession in the lending industry for more than a decade, Tony taps into this passion when he is empowering others and working with them to fully understand their financial ability to buy a home. As someone with a hunger for unraveling complexities, working in the mortgage industry continues to satisfy Tony’s appetite.
A Fundraiser, Donor, and Event Organizer for California Children’s Services, Tony and his family sponsor and host an annual event to recognize the families of children who benefit from CCS.
An Oregon native, Tony moved to Ventura County, where some of his relatives lived, to finish school. Fortunately for his Southern California clients, the weather and close proximity to the beach kept him here. Outside of serving his clients, the Tony spends with his family, his church, and honoring the dedicated staff and families affiliated with California Children’s Services are his highest priorities. You may run across Tony out in the community, eating burritos at the Garden Market with his family. Tony also finds personal joy in listening to music, watching soccer, and reading philosophy and psychology books.
Tony’s life goal is to be remembered as someone with integrity and honor.
“Tony and his team…are amazing! I had so many questions with my first home buying experience and each time (I called him on multiple occasions) he was thorough, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. Every bit of information was absolutely spot on and there were zero surprises throughout the entire process. Prior to my approval, we went through many different loan options to find the one that suited my needs. I felt he cared about getting my family and me the right loan and was not on some selfish endeavor to make a profit.”
